1. Draft status
Last updated October 5, 2026. This notice is a working draft, not a completed legal assessment of consent requirements in every market. No decorative consent banner or new marketing tracker has been added by the public-site expansion.
2. Authentication and essential operation
The authentication client stores session information in browser storage so signed-in pages can work and restore a session. Preview hosting also has a managed session-sharing wrapper; this is not a marketing tracker. Clearing this storage or signing out can remove session access, and clearing all browser data may require you to sign in again.
3. Referral visitor cookie
Referral redirects set an ah_vid visitor identifier cookie with a configured maximum age of 31,536,000 seconds (one year). It is first-party, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax in the redirect implementation. The redirect associates the visit with a referral and appends ah_ref to an approved destination. An identifier is not a guarantee of person-level tracking or cross-device recognition.
4. Merchant referral storage
A configured merchant tracking snippet stores an ah_ref reference in localStorage on the merchant’s site and uses it when reporting checkout attribution. The snippet does not define a universal expiry for that browser value; the configured attribution rules and merchant implementation determine eligibility. The merchant controls its own site and must consider its own notice and consent obligations.
5. Applications, guided drafts and preferences
Application resume keys use the ah_application_ prefix and associated application information. ah_ws and ah_aff retain selected workspace or affiliate context. Milo guided draft keys use the milo_guided_ prefix and are scoped to user/workspace/environment/flow. These local caches support resume and preferences and may remain until replaced or cleared; server-side drafts and conversations are separate records.
6. Sidebar preference
The shared sidebar utility can set sidebar:state to retain open/collapsed preference, with a configured seven-day maximum age. Whether it is written depends on use of that utility. It is a presentation preference, not proof of marketing behavior.
7. Analytics and external resources
No optional marketing analytics script or advertising pixel was found in the reviewed application source for this expansion. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which makes requests to that provider. Hosting and necessary service providers may maintain operational request logs under their own applicable configurations. This notice does not promise an absence of every infrastructure log.
8. Controls and consequences
Use your browser’s cookie and site-data controls to inspect, block or delete storage. Removing referral references can interrupt attribution; removing session data can sign you out; removing local drafts can lose unsaved progress. Browser clearing does not delete server financial histories or Milo conversations. Ask support about server access/deletion requests. If optional trackers are introduced later, they require an actual appropriate control and updated notice rather than a pretend switch.
9. Questions
Read the Privacy Policy for wider data uses and contact support with storage questions. Businesses embedding referral tracking must assess their own customer notice and applicable consent requirements; this platform notice does not automatically satisfy them.
