Partner management
Bring your people. Give them a clear way to share.
Turn existing relationships into an organized referral program. Applications, approvals and a private partner portal make participation easier to understand.
A concrete starting point
Illustrative: invite a returning customer who already recommends your business. After approval, they can copy their own link, see approved content and track their earnings—not another partner’s records.

How the work moves forward
- 1
Invite people you know or share your application page.
- 2
Review applications and explain the program agreement.
- 3
Approved partners share their link or assigned code and follow their earnings.
Recruit relationships, not a mystery audience
Customers, local creators, adjacent businesses and trusted professional contacts can be appropriate partners. Ask permission, explain the relationship and be clear that earnings depend on qualifying paid purchases. Heaven’s Edge helps manage these relationships; it does not supply affiliates or promise that an invitation will produce sales.
Approval is a business decision
Use the partner review tools to check fit and promotion plans. Agree on allowed channels, customer promises and any restrictions on self-referrals. A person applying does not mean they are approved or entitled to a commission. Keep invitation drafts separate from actual outreach.
A useful portal, not just a balance
Approved partners can access programs, referral links, local-offer sharing links and QR options, approved materials and their own commission history. An assigned discount code can help attribution where configured; merchants must create or configure matching store codes themselves. A code in the portal does not automatically discount a checkout.
Make questions easy to resolve
Partners can see pending, held, payable and recorded-paid states. Explain the hold period and minimum payment threshold in your terms. For a commission or payment dispute, the business is the first contact because it sets the offer and pays the partner. Full customer payment details are not exposed in the partner portal.
Good questions
Is joining free for partners?
Yes. The business pays its platform subscription and applicable completed-payout fee.
Can partners see customer card details?
No. The portal shows limited referred-purchase information and their own earnings, not full customer payment details.
