Customer-sale tracking is separate from your platform subscription and from paying your partners. Choose the evidence path that fits your business.
Configured signed events
Paid Checkout events and supported subscription invoice attribution use provider notifications. Configure securely and test referral references and refund events. Recurring rewards require explicit duration and matching identifiers; lifetime credit is not automatic.
Signed store notifications
Configure paid-order and refund notifications and create the partner discount codes in your store. Matching uses configured codes. This is not a one-click native app, and assigning a code here does not create a discount in Shopify.
Signed order notifications
Configure signed order reporting and coupon-code mapping. Paid order status and returned-money evidence matter. Create matching coupons in the store and reconcile refunds; a canceled order alone is not proof of returned payment.
Authenticated system reports
An authenticated server API can report paid sales and refunds from another system. Keep private credentials in secure settings and on your server. These records are system-reported, not independently provider-verified.
Merchant-confirmed evidence
Authorized finance users can enter paid sales or import supported records. Useful for paid invoices, bank transfers or other payment methods. Record actual paid amounts, dates and consistent references; this is not an automatic connector.
No native Square/PayPal connector, one-click install or public Connect button is offered here. Setup and secrets belong in the signed-in app. Current live commission support is USD.
For local offers, staff check a customer pass, manually apply the benefit, take payment in the existing register and submit a paid claim. Finance verifies the purchase. There is no POS integration or automatic register discount, and a scan alone never earns commission.
