Routine work starts with choices, not a blank chat
Owners have guided program, offer, campaign and paid-sale forms. Inputs and target pickers are tied to the current business. A saved draft can be resumed; changing workspace or test/live context does not carry an old review into the new scope. AI suggestions can help with wording, but the deterministic forms remain usable without AI.
Know what Confirm means
Saving a program, offer or campaign draft is a committed change, not publication. A review names the action and shows its values. Edits replace the old review rather than leaving two actionable copies. Successful saves finish with a record link and an explicit Start another option. Typing “yes” in chat is not authorization.
Different roles, different tools
Partners can find links, programs and their own earnings. Checkout staff use the scanner or pass-code flow; they do not get the owner’s finance workspace. Partner decisions, purchase verification and commission approval still use review cards or the dedicated pages. Marking payouts paid stays on the Payouts page.
Manual screens remain first-class
Open setup, offers, campaigns, purchases or reporting directly whenever that is easier. Secure billing, identity and integration credentials stay in their dedicated screens. Milo is neither a substitute for financial review nor a place to paste secrets.
Good questions
Can I use the forms without AI?
Yes. The guided steps and validation are deterministic. Optional suggestions are not required to finish a draft.
Is every task guided?
No. Program, offer, campaign and paid-sale creation have guided forms; specialist review and finance work use existing pages or structured review cards.
