Reporting & activity

See the referral story. Don’t mistake it for a forecast.

Inspect sales, commissions, offer activity and payout history in the current business and environment. Use records to ask better operational questions, not to promise a guaranteed return.

A concrete starting point

Illustrative: an offer report can separate views or scans from verified purchases. A busy sharing campaign with few paid claims needs investigation; scans are not sales.

How the work moves forward

  1. 1

Choose the program, offer or record view relevant to your question.

  2. 2

Check paid evidence, eligible amounts, status and environment.

  3. 3

Compare activity and costs, then decide what to change.

Follow the activity into paid evidence

Partner and offer activity helps identify where customers engage. Sales and purchase views then show what was actually reported or verified. Keep views, reservations, claims and paid purchases separate when evaluating a counter campaign. Pending review volume may reflect staff process rather than demand.

Monitor the limits you chose

Offers have budgets, caps and schedules that shape eligibility. Review offer-level activity alongside those constraints and your staffing capacity. A budget limit is not an AI recommendation or guaranteed spending prediction. Changing the offer should follow the same reviewed editing process as creating it.

Read earnings and payment states together

Commission reports distinguish pending, held, approved, processing, paid, reversed and failed records. Payout history and fee records explain the funding decision. Returns and recovery balances preserve the history instead of pretending the original transaction disappeared. Use exports to reconcile with the business’s external records.

Know the measurement limits

Attributed revenue means a recorded purchase was associated with a referral under the configured rules. It does not establish that the customer would not otherwise have bought. You still need your own margin, operating-cost and comparison data. There are no advertised predictive AI forecasts or certified incremental-ROI calculations.

Good questions

Can reporting prove incremental revenue?

No. Attribution is not a causal experiment. Use it with your own comparison and margin analysis.

Do scans count as paid conversions?

No. Paid purchase verification is the relevant step before local commissions exist.
