1. Who operates the reward
The participating business sets and fulfills its program. Heaven’s Edge supplies the records and checked actions. These general working-draft rules are not a substitute for the merchant’s displayed reward, locations and qualifying conditions.
2. Enrollment and private identity
Customers use supported email verification and business-scoped enrollment to access their card. Public page/QR is shareable; private card/code and progress should not be published. One customer identity is scoped to the business. Email delivery activation and full recovery behavior still need verification; no permanent identity-recovery guarantee is made.
3. Qualifying purchase and stamps
Only a business-confirmed qualifying paid purchase earns eligible stamps. Scan, enrollment, lead or booking does not. Follow the merchant’s eligible item/service, minimum spend, threshold and daily limits. Staff must check the actual transaction in the normal register; no POS basket parsing is offered.
4. Noncash referral qualification
The referrer shares a personal link. A genuinely new customer must complete the qualifying first paid purchase under the disclosed rules. Self-referral, fabricated identity and duplicate purchases are ineligible. Optional welcome benefit and referrer reward are different benefits; a click does not create either reward.
5. Reward value and availability
Rewards are intended as noncash merchant items/services/discount benefits, not transferable cash, gift cards or stored value. Terms must identify what staff will provide and any lawful expiry or exclusions. This general classification cannot override mandatory local rights. Pending qualification is not an available reward.
6. Redemption and combining benefits
Assigned authorized staff check availability, confirm redemption through the appropriate action and provide the benefit in the register. Use only supported combining settings. Buyer loyalty and noncash referrals differ from monetary affiliate claims; no fully merged one-scan financial guarantee is promised.
7. Locations and shared cards
Use participating locations specified by the program. Summit supports shared or location-only configuration within one business. It is not a cross-business network; completed multi-location fulfillment still needs rollout validation. Each business states what happens to outstanding rewards if a location closes and is responsible for honoring them; Heaven’s Edge provides the software and does not guarantee a business’s fulfillment.
8. Expiry, changes and subscription end
The business should state supported expiry/limits before enrollment and explain material prospective changes. Ending trial/subscription pauses new earning but retains valid rewards/history and existing obligations. Do not retroactively strip earned rights solely to avoid cost. Program rules — including eligible locations, expiry and closure arrangements — are set by each business and shown on its page; Heaven’s Edge platform policies are separate.
9. Refunds, corrections and misuse
A refund, duplicate receipt, self-referral, fraud or authorized reasoned correction can adjust relevant progress/rewards, preserving the record history. Use accurate evidence and request review of disputed decisions. Purchase refunds are different from returns of an affiliate payout.
10. Privacy and separate marketing choice
Enrollment is not promotional consent. The business page offers a separate optional unchecked marketing choice. App email delivery remains off; SMS is not provided. Customers can ask the business/platform about access/correction/deletion; lawful audit and financial retention can limit deletion.
11. Disputes and platform support
Contact the merchant first about qualifying purchases, reward value, availability or fulfillment. Contact the platform about account/access or record problems without sending private pass tokens or payment secrets. No guaranteed support SLA, profitability or universal compliance is promised.
12. Draft status and applicable rights
Last updated October 6, 2026; not a new binding effective date. Legal operator, intended markets, final classification and retention terms require approval. Reward offers, expiry and closure arrangements are set by each business, not by Heaven’s Edge. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Monetary affiliates use separate agreements and finance records, not these noncash reward rules.
