Select the right type

In Programs select Customer referrals, available on Rise and Summit. Use Affiliate partners instead if your intended reward is cash commission.

Define two separate benefits

Set the referrer noncash reward and optional new-customer welcome benefit. Describe the service/item/discount clearly without presenting it as transferable cash.

Review qualification

Choose minimum paid spend, locations, per-referrer cap and expiry where supported. The referred person must satisfy first-purchase and new-customer rules; self-referral or duplicate accounts do not qualify.

Share the personal link

An enrolled customer shares from their card. Public business QR and private customer pass have different purposes. No SMS or automatic outreach is promised.

Record and fulfill

Staff record the qualifying paid purchase. The engine records the eligible noncash reward; staff redeem it through the checked action. Review supported stacking and do not assume a merged affiliate money action.

Resolve questions fairly

The merchant explains reward decisions and honors legitimate earned obligations. Platform support can assist with records or access. Keep corrections/refunds in history with a reason.

Review the real offer before sharing

Check that a customer can understand the actual reward, qualifying purchase, participating location and expiry from the material. A published example is not proof that the business has configured it. Keep public enrollment links separate from private customer codes, avoid unnecessary personal information and ask the merchant when a benefit is unclear.
