Launch your first loyalty card

Choose a practical stamp rule, prepare staff and review before launch.

No card required. Nothing charged at trial end.

Practical guidance · illustrative examples · not legal or financial advice

Start with a repeat purchase

Open Programs and select Loyalty card. Reuse your business/location details. Choose a qualifying paid purchase, visit or item that staff can recognize.

Choose a reachable threshold

Set the stamp target and reward. Illustrative only: nine paid coffees earn a free tenth coffee. Check unit cost, visit frequency and customer expectations yourself.

Review optional limits

Check minimum spend, daily limits, expiry and location scope. Leave advanced customization accessible but avoid ambiguous terms. A free redemption is not automatically a qualifying paid purchase.

Brand and share the page

Open Customer page settings, upload permitted imagery, review colors/welcome text, then download the business QR. The public page is enrollment, not an earning scanner.

Train and launch separately

Brief assigned staff on paid eligibility, receipt reference, code fallback and redemption. Saving is not publishing. Use the authorized launch action after reviewing settings and readiness.

Review first operating records

Check customer progress and exceptions with authorized access. Custom email activation and full end-to-end enrollment delivery still need verification before assuming customers receive sign-in messages.

Review the real offer before sharing

Check that a customer can understand the actual reward, qualifying purchase, participating location and expiry from the material. A published example is not proof that the business has configured it. Keep public enrollment links separate from private customer codes, avoid unnecessary personal information and ask the merchant when a benefit is unclear.
