Print and display the right QR materials

Brand before printing

Use Customer page settings for logo, banner, color and welcome text. Check the phone preview. Use only images and contact links you are permitted to publish.

Download the business QR

Download the QR from the branding page and pair it with a clear invitation to join rewards. Do not print a private customer card or someone’s reward balance on public materials.

Use referral materials separately

Partners can share personal links; a promotional QR is optional. Explain any reward relationship next to the offer rather than implying the code is a neutral recommendation.

Position for the queue

Place enrollment instructions where customers can open the page before reaching staff. The customer then presents their private card/code at payment. Keep staff code entry available.

Verify printed behavior

Use a fictional/no-write preview or the owner-approved testing process to inspect the destination. Physical printer, camera and retail device tests remain a separate rollout check. Changing a page address can affect old printed materials.

Review the real offer before sharing

Check that a customer can understand the actual reward, qualifying purchase, participating location and expiry from the material. A published example is not proof that the business has configured it. Keep public enrollment links separate from private customer codes, avoid unnecessary personal information and ask the merchant when a benefit is unclear.
